This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
The Enphase ‘Analyst – Procurement’ will get involved in Claims Process, Component Capacity and Inventory Analysis, Supplier Risk Assessments and Other Procurement related Analytics. This role is to understand existing process in detail and implement RPA model wherever it is applicable. Perform market research on latest process and procedures available with respect to procurement function and automate/Digitize the process. A highly Challenging Job role where you need to Interact with many stake holders and to solve operational issues. You will be part of the Global Sourcing & Procurement team reporting to Lead Analyst.
- Perform detailed inventory analysis by comparing component demand, on-hand inventory, and open order quantities to identify gaps, excess stock, and shortages.
- Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards to visualize inventory performance and support decision-making.
- Implement predictive analytics models to improve demand forecasting accuracy and inventory planning.
- Automate consolidation of input data from multiple Contract Manufacturers (CMs) using ETL tools such as Alteryx or Talend.
- Leverage APIs and system integrations to streamline data extraction and reduce manual effort in data collection and reporting.
- Prepare and submit monthly STD Cost files to Finance in adherence with corporate calendar timelines.
- Develop standardized templates and automate data processing using Excel macros, Power Query, or Python-based solutions.
- Establish workflow reminders and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Drive component qualification programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve planned cost savings targets.
- Monitor qualification timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to ensure on-time completion.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet to track milestones, actions, and deliverables.
- Finalize quarterly CBOM (Costed Bill of Materials) and supplier quote files from Contract Manufacturers in accordance with CBOM calendar timelines.
- Maintain centralized repositories and version-controlled processes to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Manage end-to-end claims processes with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
- Develop standardized claims validation procedures and maintain accurate tracking for timely resolution.
- Continuously improve claims management workflows to enhance efficiency and recovery rates.
- Conduct market research on emerging procurement processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new methodologies and process improvements within existing supply chain operations.
- Perform detailed supplier risk assessments in collaboration with third-party risk management providers.
- Monitor supplier performance, financial health, compliance, and operational risks.
- Regularly review and update risk assessment criteria to align with changing market and business conditions.
- Analyze supplier pricing trends and cost movements to support Commodity Managers during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Develop analytical dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for strategic sourcing decisions.
- Partner with Commodity Managers to identify and evaluate potential and NPI (New Product Introduction) suppliers.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of supplier evaluation results, risk assessments, and qualification status.
- Maintain and manage Item Master Pricing databases by regularly refreshing and validating pricing information.
- Implement data validation controls, automation tools, and periodic audits to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity.
- Establish governance processes for ongoing review, updates, and maintenance of pricing records.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Any Bachelor's degree, preferred in Engineering, with minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics.
- Should have very good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
- Should have hands on experience on excel based Automations, using MS Power Query, Excel VBA & Gen AI.
- Should be open minded and should take ownership.
- Should have strong Verbal Communication and Presentation skills.
- Strong professional relationship management with internal and external interfaces.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and suppliers.
- Ability to perform effectively and independently in a virtual environment.
